The instrument panel

State of the art panel .... well at least it was in 1986 when I installed the pair of KX155's, the HSI, ADF, and audio panel. Even though the KN65 DME, KN74 RNAV, and Century I autopilot (installed by the previous owner in '75) were already bordering on obsolete, I decided to keep them in the panel where they remain to this day. Since then I have added a few more gadgets to the panel:
Sep 1991 Strikefinder
Sep 1991 Masten engine analyzer / fuel totalizer
Jun 1992 Northstar M2 GPS/Loran
Feb 2002 JPI TIT and RPM gages (SlimLine)
Apr 2002 EI UBG16 Engine analyzer
Apr 2003 The one of a kind FlightSaver

The UBG16 was installed because the Mastin CHT measurements were no longer accurate and the company was not around anymore to fix it. I left it in the panel for the fuel flow function although that has largely been replaced by the more versatile FlightSaver display:
